At Castell Arnau, we wish to offer for next year an innovative and original system of creating the menu, more suitable for each celebration.

All the dishes that you can see below are elaborated in our kitchens following the highest criteria of quality. Our dishes are served to diners directly from the kitchen: cold, hot, pre-desserts, desserts… Presented and supervised to the last detail.

Punctually, every month, our biological laboratory (Cobac S.A.) undertakes rigorous random quality controls.

Castell Arnau is a founder member of:
Sabadell Qualitat Alimentāria, an association which was born from the spirit to improve day by day, the habits, tendencies, work and working methods of every aspect of alimentation, and which is supported by the Veterinary Faculty of the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
